Ok so just stumbled upon this cool new pyroslave counter top induction oven. yes you heard right its an oven built into your pyrolave counter top. In case your unfamiliar with pyrolave its a french glazed volcanic lava, pretty cool right? Pyrolave can be a bit pricey 220 -350 per sq ft but it is heat and stain resistant and it's the only material that can allow the electromagnetic energy of an induction coil pass through it without any loss of efficiency.
Another awesome thing about this counter top is the fact that its an induction element which means that pan is the only thing being heated allowing you to still utilize your counter space. this is great for people trying to save space in the kitchen and honestly who couldn't use more room in the kitchen. The only thing i can find wrong with it is the fact that apparently its not coming to the US anytime soon :). well anyway big thanks to pyrolave for such an innovative idea keep up the good work guys.
